如果創業可以寫成一首詩，用英國詩人William Blake的《Auguries of Innocence》詩文，正適切表達出申文創在文創產業中想創造的價值，以及多年來創業面對著種種人事物的心路歷程。

"To see a world in a grain of sand  從一粒細沙中窺探世界
 And a heaven in a wild flower  在一朵野花裡尋覓天堂

2012年創業之初，決定公司英文名稱為「sand」，一是取自「一沙一世界，一花一天堂；無限握掌中，剎那現永恆」之意涵；二是紀念因為玩「沙」而認識了團隊夥伴。而公司「申」的中文名稱是出自於創業夥伴的名字圖像組合，象徵一同學習與成長。

多年來雖然歷經種種內外部人事變化，但心中的創業初衷與理想並沒有改變。希望證明文化也是門好生意，努力尋找一條對台灣特色文創發展更有貢獻，及創造經濟價值的「文創新航路」!
